Q. How do I turn off my remote?

A. Please refer to user manual and follow step by step guide.

Q. Can I wear Caller Alert in the shower?

A. No as the remote unit itself is not water proof.

Q. Can I get different colours for my accessories?

A. Currently no but we hope to have a colour range in the near future.

Q. Does my chime unit have to be plugged in?

A. Yes, the chime unit must be plugged in for it to work.

Q. Can I get my CallerAlert installed for me?

A. At the moment we do not offer this service but this may be a package in the future.

Q. Can I pay by cheque?

A. We offer this service, if you call our office contact number then a member of our YouSafe team will guide you through the process.
